Job Title: Receptionist / Front Office Executive Location: Karve Road, Pune Position Type: Full-Time Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month Weekly Off: Monday Position Overview: We are looking for a welcoming, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners, ensuring a smooth, warm, and professional experience. Key Responsibilities: - Front Desk Management: Warmly greet visitors, clients, and guests, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate person or department. - Communication Handling: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and professionally handle routine inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms. - Visitor & Schedule Management: Maintain visitor logs, issue passes, and manage appointments and meeting room schedules. - Administrative Support: Assist with general clerical duties, including drafting correspondence, filing documents, managing courier logs, and keeping front office records up to date. - Coordination: Coordinate closely with internal teams and management to ensure seamless daily office operations. Key Requirements: - Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in a Customer Service/Admin role (hospitality or corporate background preferred). - Education: Graduate / Undergraduate - Skills & Proficiencies: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language. - Professional demeanor, pleasant personality, and a customer-first mindset. - Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and email management). - Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
