About the Role We are hiring MBA freshers interested in financial services, client relationships, and business development. The role initially involves client support, product education, and lead generation, with opportunities to develop relevant professional qualifications. Key Responsibilities Understand clients’ financial goals and service requirements. Explain account-opening procedures, platform features, charges, and available products. Generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and support client onboarding. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Coordinate investment-related queries with appropriately authorized professionals. Maintain accurate client records, follow-up reports, and documentation. Achieve assigned client acquisition and business development targets. Follow company policies and applicable compliance requirements. Stay updated on financial markets and complete assigned training. Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in financial markets and wealth management. Basic English proficiency. Ability to communicate in Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi. Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge. Willingness to learn, make client calls, and work towards targets. NISM Certification NISM certification is not mandatory at the time of joining . Selected candidates must complete the relevant NISM certification within the company’s specified timeline after joining.
