Job Description – Process CoordinatorOrganization: Natural Lifestyle (NLS) Job Title: Process Coordinator Department: Operations / Process Management Location: Delhi Experience: 2–4 years preferred Job Summary We are looking for a Process Coordinator to monitor daily operations, coordinate between departments, ensure timely completion of tasks, maintain process records, and improve workflow efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily tasks and activities across different departments. Monitor task completion, deadlines, and pending activities. Maintain trackers, reports, checklists, and process documentation. Follow up with team members to ensure timely execution of assigned tasks. Identify process gaps and report issues to management. Coordinate with department heads to resolve operational challenges. Ensure that established processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Maintain proper communication between departments and management. Support management in implementing new processes and improving operational efficiency. Required SkillsGood communication and coordination skills. Strong follow-up and organizational abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting. Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline. 2–4 years of experience in process coordination, operations, or administration preferred. Experience in maintaining trackers, monitoring tasks, and coordinating with multiple departments will be an advantage.
