Key ResponsibilitiesMake inbound and outbound calls to potential customers. Explain the clinic’s services, treatments, and offers clearly. Follow up with leads and convert them into appointments or sales. Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly. Handle customer queries professionally and politely. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the team to improve lead conversion. RequirementsMinimum 12th pass; graduates preferred. Experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred. Good communication and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain lead records. Target-oriented, confident, and customer-focused. Preferred Experience: Healthcare, clinic, hospital, or beauty and wellness sales.
