Prepare Indian dishes, including South Indian and North Indian cuisine.

Cook rice, chapati, roti, dosa, idli, curries, biryani, dal, vegetables, and other menu items as required.

Prepare ingredients, spices, gravies, and masalas.

Maintain the taste, quality, and presentation of food.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.

Monitor ingredient stocks and inform management when supplies are low.

Minimize food wastage and follow portion-control standards.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
