Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused freshers to join our Customer Support team. Selected candidates will handle customer queries through voice calls and email, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through voice calls and email.

Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns.

Resolve customer complaints professionally or escalate them to the relevant team.

Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Follow process guidelines and quality standards.

Ensure a positive customer experience through clear and professional communication.

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers only; no prior experience required.

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Customer-friendly attitude and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Working Days & Shift Timings

Working Days: 6 days a week.
Weekly Off: 1 rotational weekly off.
Male Candidates: 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Female Candidates: Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Shift Timings: As per the assigned shift and company requirements.

Interview Details

Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Pay: ₹240,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
