CRM Executive (Customer Relationship)

Job Summary

Lokmanya Multipurpose Co-operative Society is looking for a motivated and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team at the Head Office in Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about customer relationship management and customer service. The CRM Executive will support customer engagement initiatives, maintain customer records, assist in executing CRM campaigns, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system accurately.

Assist in executing customer engagement and retention activities.

Coordinate with branch teams to resolve customer queries and ensure timely follow-up.

Support the implementation of customer communication campaigns through calls, emails, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Record customer feedback, complaints, and service requests, and ensure they are resolved within defined timelines.

Generate and maintain CRM reports and customer databases.

Assist in customer segmentation and data management activities.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service.

Monitor customer interactions and maintain proper documentation.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies while handling customer information.

Stay updated on the organization's products, services, and customer service standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Master's degree in Marketing, or any relevant discipline.

0–3 year of experience in CRM, Customer Service, Sales Support, or a similar role are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software will be an added advantage.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.

Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
