TSI (Territory Sales Incharge)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for the Territory Sales Incharge position to manage and develop sales operations across the assigned territory in Mysuru. The candidate will be responsible for distributor management, market expansion, achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales operations and business development across the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers and wholesalers.
• Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the distribution network.
• Ensure product availability, visibility and effective market coverage.
• Conduct regular market visits and implement effective beat planning.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve territory performance.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Interest in building a career in FMCG sales and marketing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and business development.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Knowledge of the Mysuru market will be an added advantage.
