Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an E-commerce Seller Support process in Pune.
The role involves handling seller queries, providing process-related assistance, resolving operational issues, and maintaining accurate communication and case records.
Candidates with experience in customer service, chat support, international support, or e-commerce operations are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle seller queries through designated support channels.
Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.
Assist with account-related and operational queries.
Follow standard operating procedures and process guidelines.
Maintain records of seller interactions and resolutions.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Escalate complex queries to the relevant department.
Maintain service quality and productivity standards.
Follow applicable company policies and data protection guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
6–12 months of relevant experience preferred.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong comprehension and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to follow processes and guidelines.
Customer service or chat support experience will be an advantage.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Comfortable working from the office in Pune.
Salary and Facilities
- Monthly CTC
- ₹30,000 – ₹32,000.
Two-way cab facility for eligible shifts, subject to company policy.
Full-time employment opportunity.

- The mentioned salary is CTC. Actual in-hand salary will depend on the final compensation structure.
