Job Summary
Jain Group is looking for a proactive, confident, and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Telecaller Executive to connect with prospective customers, generate qualified leads, and create interest in the company's residential real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, sharing project details, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
- Experience
- 1–3 years in telecalling, pre-sales, customer service, or lead generation; real estate experience will be preferred.
- Communication Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
