HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven HR Recruiter (Non-IT) to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for non-IT domains such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, Engineers for Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineer, or other core industry sectors. This is a client-facing, high-volume hiring role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced consultancy environment. Understand client requirements (JD, skills, experience, salary budget) and source suitable candidates through job portals (Naukri, ApnaJob, Shine, Indeed, Linkedin), social media, references, and databases Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client HR/hiring managers Maintain and update candidate pipeline on Oddo/Excel trackers Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer discussions Follow up with candidates post-offer to ensure joining and reduce dropouts/no-shows Build and maintain a strong talent database for repeat and bulk hiring requirements Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets (number of interviews lined up, offers rolled out, joinings) Coordinate with clients for feedback, closures, and TAT (turnaround time) adherence
