Job Description: Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to promote company services, connect with potential customers, generate sales leads, and convert interested prospects into customers through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers using company-provided data.

Explain company products and services clearly to customers.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services.

Generate sales leads and convert prospects into customers.

Follow up with interested customers to close sales.

Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.

Maintain records of calls, sales leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

Graduate in any stream.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Word, email, and WhatsApp.

Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Ability to communicate confidently and professionally over the phone.

Knowledge of finance or financial services will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
