Job Description
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive with a basic understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and social media marketing. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, planning campaigns, running Meta Ads, generating leads, and improving brand awareness across digital platforms.
Freshers with practical knowledge of Meta Ads and a strong interest in digital marketing are welcome to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and handle social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
Set up, manage, and monitor Facebook and Instagram Ads campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
Run lead generation, traffic, engagement, and brand awareness campaigns.
Assist in audience targeting, custom audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
Monitor ad performance, including reach, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions.
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
Coordinate with the graphic design and content teams for ad creatives and captions.
Conduct competitor research and analyze market trends.
Prepare daily and weekly social media and advertising performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising features, trends, and updates.
Required Skills
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
Understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
Knowledge of lead generation and paid social media campaigns.
Understanding of audience targeting, budgeting, and campaign optimization.
Basic knowledge of Canva and social media content creation.
Knowledge of ad performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, and ROAS.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Creative thinking and willingness to learn.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
Graduate in any stream (preferred).
Candidates with practical knowledge of Meta Ads will be preferred.
Meta Blueprint or digital marketing certification is an added advantage.
Candidates should be enthusiastic about social media marketing and paid advertising.
