Job description

West Coast Frozen Foods Pvt Ltd is looking for production supervisor.

Maintain SOP for Cold store.

Decide/control production speed and priorities in consultation with Production Manager

Coordinate with Receiving, grading and Post freezing supervisor for the fastest possible production flow

Ensure the product packing are meeting company specifications time to time (Count, weight, layering, duplex, coding etc)

Ensure correct accounting of slabs and Production report

Ensure correct traceability of product

Train new workers in the line in each area of operations (Sorting, weighing, setting, glaze addition etc)

Ensure colour codes are strictly following

Ensure correct count and fill weight

Ensure proper handling after layering /glazing /transfer to trolley/freezer
