Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and motivated Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

• Explain company products, services, policies, and procedures.

• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns.

• Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Mandatory language proficiency: Bengali, Hindi, English, and Odia.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

• Ability to work in a team and manage customer queries efficiently.
