Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain inward charts in OneDrive.
Monitor open Purchase Orders.
Create GRN and material issue entries in Tally.
Generate GRNs in the ERP system.
Maintain and update physical fabric and trim stock records.
Prepare material consumption reports.
Verify physical stock against system records.
Maintain proper inventory documentation and records.
Coordinate with the Finance Team for invoice submission and document handover.
Ensure timely and accurate inventory updates.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Tally and ERP.
Proficiency in MS Excel and OneDrive.
Knowledge of inventory and stock management.
Good documentation and coordination skills.
