Visitor Management: Greet, welcome, and direct guests, clients, and walk-in visitors professionally.
Communication Handling: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
Office Maintenance: Keep the reception, waiting area, and front desk clean, organized, and presentable.
Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, log, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and packages.
Security & Logs: Monitor visitor logbooks, issue visitor passes, and maintain basic security protocols at the entrance

Lead Capture & Coordination: Record walk-in, phone, and digital inquiries, update basic lead data, and hand leads over to the sales or marketing team for follow-up.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
