Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to handle daily billing, sales and purchase entries, documentation, and record maintenance using BUSY Software.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily sales invoices and bills.
- Record sales and purchase entries in BUSY.
- Verify invoice details, quantities, rates, GST, and supporting documents.
- Maintain customer and supplier records.
- Manage billing, purchase, delivery, and other office documents.
- Handle daily filing and documentation.
- Maintain accurate billing and accounting records in BUSY Software.
- Assist in preparing daily/monthly sales and purchase reports.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales team for billing-related work.
- Perform other routine billing and documentation tasks as required.
- Pay
- ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
