Operations – Business Development Support
Role Overview
Supports business development through hotel and vendor coordination, quotation preparation, online record management, and cross-departmental execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Source hotel rates and maintain updated rate information.
- Develop vendor and hotel tie-ups, negotiate rates, and maintain partner relationships.
- Prepare quotations and itineraries for relevant business enquiries.
- Maintain enquiries, quotations, and business communications on the designated portal and through email.
- Coordinate hotel bookings and related requirements with the relevant departments.
- Manage incoming enquiries and help resolve operational issues or service-related situations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Contribute to the overall promotion strategy and business growth planning.
- Research and develop new hotel/vendor tie-ups and identify expansion opportunities.
