Key Responsibilities

Cold calling and reaching out to potential or existing customers using prepared scripts.

Closing sales and negotiating prices, terms, or special discounts.

Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas and performance targets.

Updating customer databases and logging call outcomes using CRM software.

Answering customer questions and troubleshooting basic product issues.
