Travel Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Travel Consultants to assist guests with inquiries and bookings for our resorts and homestays. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a career in the travel and hospitality industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chat regarding resort and homestay bookings

Clearly explain property details, pricing, packages, and availability to customers in a professional manner

Assist guests throughout the reservation process and ensure smooth booking coordination

Follow up with prospective customers and work towards converting inquiries into confirmed bookings

Maintain accurate reservation records and regularly update booking systems

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering courteous and professional service at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications

Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in travel sales, telesales, customer support, hospitality, or related fields

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach

Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email handling, and online booking platforms

Ability to learn quickly and work effectively within a team environment

Passion or interest in travel, tourism, and hospitality will be considered an added advantage
