D.Sign.D, a growing luxury bridal and fashion brand with 3 branches in Chennai, is looking for an experienced Business Head to lead and scale the business.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee operations and performance across all branches.

Drive sales, revenue, profitability and business growth.

Set and monitor branch-wise targets and KPIs.

Lead, mentor and build a high-performing team.

Develop and implement SOPs and efficient systems.

Monitor customer experience and ensure consistent brand standards.

Work closely with the Founder on expansion and strategic initiatives.

Take ownership of day-to-day business performance and problem-solving.

Ideal Candidate

7+ years of experience in retail, fashion, luxury, lifestyle or hospitality.

Experience managing multiple branches is preferred.

Strong leadership, sales and people-management skills.

Highly accountable, proactive and commercially driven.

Ability to work independently and take complete ownership.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Salary

₹4.5-8 LPA, based on experience and capability.
