Accounts & Finance Executive / Senior Executive – Accounts, Tax & MIS Automation

We are looking for an Accounts \& Finance professional with strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, MIS and Excel, along with a passion for automation and process improvement.

• Key Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day accounting, AP/AR, bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and month-end closing.
• Manage/support GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance and reconciliations.
• Prepare MIS, ageing, cash flow, budget vs actual and management reports.
• Analyse financial data, variances and identify exceptions.
• Develop automated Excel-based MIS and reconciliation systems.
• Use Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot and VBA/Macros where applicable.
• Support Power BI, ERP automation and process digitisation.
• Identify repetitive manual processes and convert them into faster, accurate and controlled workflows.
• Support audits and strengthen accounting controls.
• Required Skills

• ✅ Practical knowledge of GST, TDS \& Income Tax
• ✅ Advanced MS Excel \& MIS
• ✅ Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
• ✅ ERP/accounting software experience
• ✅ Process improvement \& automation mindset

Preferred

Power Query, Power BI, VBA/Macros, Power Pivot, ERP/API integration and AI tools for finance automation.

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent

Pay

₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
