Job Purpose

We are looking for a Tamil-speaking Caller who can communicate effectively with customers in Tamil, make outbound calls, understand customer requirements, generate enquiries/leads and maintain regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers in Tamil language.

Handle customer enquiries professionally.

Understand customer requirements and provide basic product/service information.

Generate leads and enquiries through telephone calls.

Follow up with potential and existing customers.

Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.

Update customer information in ERP/CRM/Google Sheet.

Coordinate qualified leads with the Sales Team.

Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

Prepare daily/weekly calling reports.

Required Skills

Fluent Tamil speaking is mandatory.

Basic Hindi communication preferred.

Basic English knowledge will be an advantage.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Comfortable using WhatsApp and Google Sheets/ERP.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification

Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

Freshers can apply.

Telecalling, customer support or sales experience will be an advantage.

Experience

0–2 years in Telecalling / Customer Support / Sales.

Salary

₹10,000 per month + Performance-based Incentive
