Recommend strategic learning priorities, investments and workforce-development initiatives to senior stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends, workforce challenges and skill gaps affecting the energy transition.
Role-based learning pathways and certification architecture

Promote peer learning, mentoring, technical collaboration, knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange.
Extend engagement beyond individual courses through community, certification and ongoing professional development.

Identify opportunities to apply AI, adaptive learning, immersive technologies, simulations and other digital learning innovations.
Pilot and scale approaches that improve relevance, accessibility, engagement and learner outcomes.
Benchmark leading technical learning ecosystems and translate emerging practices into practical recommendations and implementation plans.
Contribute to Energy Tech Academy's evolution as a modern, digitally enabled learning ecosystem.
Strategic external capability ecosystem
