International Support Executive (Backend Operations)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business activities. The intern will work closely with the operations team to improve processes, manage data, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operational tasks and coordination across teams
• Maintain and update operational records, reports, and databases
• Support process improvement initiatives and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Track project progress and prepare status reports
• Help in inventory management / resource planning (if applicable)
• Analyze data to identify trends and inefficiencies
• Perform administrative and support tasks as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduated in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic data handling
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Shift timings - 1pm to 10 pm (UK Process)
