Key Responsibilities
Market bench consultants to US implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients.
Source new vendor contacts through cold calling, emails, and professional networking.
Submit consultant profiles to suitable job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients.
Negotiate rates and contract terms with vendors.
Follow up on submissions, interviews, and placement status.
Maintain consultant availability, vendor databases, and daily activity reports.
Work closely with internal recruitment and sales teams to achieve placement targets.
Required Skills
Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Confidence in communicating with US-based clients and vendors.
Good email drafting and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced US night shift environment.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with up to 1 year of US Staffing or Bench Sales experience are preferred.
