JOB DESCRIPTION – MBA PHARMACEUTICAL MANAGMENT
Qualification & Eligibility
- Postgraduate qualification (with a relevant undergraduate degree) in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Management, Healthcare Management, Management, Life Sciences, or an allied discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry or in a teaching role.
- Freshers holding relevant Pharma Management or Healthcare certifications are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Hospital, Medical, or Life Sciences industry will be preferred.
- Candidates who combine Pharma/Healthcare knowledge with a Management qualification are particularly encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver lectures for MBA Pharmaceutical / Pharma Management subjects.
Prepare lecture plans, presentations, assignments, and study material.
Use practical examples, case studies, and pharmaceutical industry applications in teaching.
Conduct workshops, seminars, and masterclasses related to Pharma and Healthcare Management.
Mentor students for projects, internships, placements, and assignments.
Conduct assessments, maintain academic records, and support examination activities.
Stay updated with developments and trends in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry.
Follow Sigma University academic and departmental guidelines.
