Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally.

Manage appointments, registrations, and patient enquiries.

Handle phone calls, emails, and front-desk activities.

Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff.

Manage billing and basic administrative tasks when required.

Maintain a smooth and organized reception area.

Ensure a friendly and positive patient experience.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pleasant personality and professional attitude.

Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to handle patients and enquiries with patience and confidentiality.

Previous experience in a clinic/hospital reception is an advantage.

Freshers with good communication skills may apply.
