Job Overview

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will wear multiple hats to execute, optimize, and scale our online presence. This is an entry-level role (0-1 year experience) perfect for a self-starter who wants hands-on exposure to multi-channel marketing campaigns, cutting-edge AI software, and data-driven strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Improves website visibility on search engines like Google to drive free, organic traffic.

Places paid ads on search engines and websites where businesses pay a fee each time a user clicks.

Builds brand awareness and engages communities through platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Uses blogs, videos, and guides to share helpful information and attract potential customers.

Sends personalized messages and newsletters to retain customers and nurture leads.

Social Media & Brand Building

Plan, organize, and maintain a consistent monthly content pipeline across the channels Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Meta, etc.

Proactively identify and engage with industry influencers, potential clients, and relevant tech conversations to build our initial follower base from scratch.

Monitor daily software and tech trends to quickly create timely, highly shareable content that positions our brand as relevant and forward-thinking

Design and post engaging multimedia content, including carousel decks, short-form videos/reels, and product feature highlights—to capture user attention

Creative Content Generation & Copywriting

Write engaging, clear copy for blogs, website pages, software product descriptions, and press releases.

Conceptualize and script creative social media posts and marketing emails that resonate with technical audiences.

Assist with basic graphic design to create social media banners, display ads, and branded graphics.

Email Marketing & Data Analysis

Build targeted email lists and design templates for automated email marketing workflows.

Track and report on core metrics (website traffic, click-through rates, open rates, and campaign ROI) using analytics platforms.

SEO & Paid Advertising (PPC)

Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO (metadata, alt text, and internal linking) to boost organic software traffic.

Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid search and social media ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) within budget limits.

AI Applications & Smart Automation

Leverage advanced AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or Jasper) for brainstorming, scaling content production, and automating routine marketing workflows.

Keep up with the latest generative AI trends to continuously improve team efficiency and campaign delivery.

What We Are Looking For

Experience
