Project Management / Field Operations Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and energetic person to manage day-to-day project activities at our field sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating manpower, resources, machinery and project-related activities to ensure smooth execution of the work. Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate day-to-day field project activities. Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as planned.

Coordinate with workers, site teams, vendors and project management. Manage manpower and allocate resources according to project requirements.

Coordinate and monitor machinery, equipment and vehicles at the site. Maintain records of machinery usage, manpower and materials.

Handle project bill management and maintain necessary supporting documents. Coordinate measurement, work progress and billing-related requirements.

Report daily work progress and site requirements to the management. Identify and communicate any site-level issues or delays.

Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials and machinery. Travel to different project sites as required.

Eligibility Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1 year of experience in field/project management will be preferred.

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management or related fields is preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

Willingness to travel and stay at project sites. Should be responsible, proactive and capable of handling field activities independently.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
