Job Responsibilities
Enter and update data accurately in the required systems.
Maintain records and documents systematically.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare basic reports and statements as required.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Perform data checking and correction when required.
Support the department with routine documentation and administrative activities.
Required Skills
Good typing and data entry skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work within deadlines.
Willingness to learn company-specific software and processes.
