Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Conversion

Provide consultations to clients regarding clinic services and treatments.

Explain treatment benefits, procedures, processes, and expected outcomes.

Understand client concerns and guide them toward suitable treatment plans.

Convert potential clients into confirmed bookings or treatment plans.

Performing Procedures

Perform required procedures and treatments as per clinic protocols and standards.

Ensure proper safety, hygiene, and professionalism during all procedures.

Follow-up with Non-Converted Clients

Conduct the first follow-up call with clients who do not convert during their initial consultation.

Address concerns, provide additional information, and encourage clients to proceed with suitable treatments.

Client Review & Concern Calls

Follow up with clients before and after procedures to review their experience and progress.

Monitor recovery and provide appropriate guidance regarding post-procedure care.

Address client concerns and provide reassurance and support.

Client Hospitality

Maintain a high level of hospitality and professionalism throughout the client’s clinic journey.

Ensure clients feel comfortable, cared for, and reassured.

Demonstrate empathy, patience, and attentiveness while interacting with clients.

Maintaining Client Records

Keep client records complete and up to date, including personal details, consultation notes, treatment plans, and progress.

Ensure all required documentation is properly completed and filed.

Obtain client signatures on required consent forms.

Maintain records securely and ensure they are easily accessible when required.

Ideal Candidate

Medical qualification as applicable to the role.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong client-handling and consultation skills.

Professional, empathetic, and patient approach.

Ability to explain treatments clearly and confidently.

Willingness to handle both clinical procedures and client consultations.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
