Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

A Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing schedules, processing orders, coordinating communication with clients, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role acts as a link between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the daily activities of the sales team

Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices

Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems)

Communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and inquiries

Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and forecasts

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics/warehouse team

Schedule meetings, appointments, and sales events

Handle administrative tasks such as documentation and filing

Ensure timely delivery of products/services to customers

Support in resolving customer complaints or issues

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
