• Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and general inquiries.
• Manage visitor entries, appointments, and meeting schedules.
• Maintain reception area and ensure a professional office environment.
• Receive and distribute courier, mail, and office documents.
• Coordinate with different departments for daily office requirements.
• Maintain basic records, files, and office documentation.
• Assist with administrative and front-office tasks as required.
• Provide information and support to visitors and employees.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the front desk.
