Job Description
We are looking for a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive with good English & Hindi communication skills and strong client-handling abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the reception/front desk.
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests.
- Handle client queries, calls, emails, and appointments.
- Coordinate with internal departments for client requirements.
- Maintain visitor/client records and basic documentation.
- Provide support in routine HR/Admin activities.
Requirements
- Excellent English & Hindi communication skills.
- Good client-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
- Good coordination and multitasking skills.
- 0–1 year experience; freshers are welcome.
