Deepak Transexpress is a leading Express Cargo & Parcel Transportation company with over 65 years of industry experience. We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our Head Office team.
Key Responsibilities
Enter operational and accounting data into the company ERP system.
Prepare bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
Update dispatch, booking, and delivery records.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Coordinate with branch offices and internal departments.
Generate reports and assist in day-to-day office operations.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of data entry, back-office, or office administration experience.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Basic computer proficiency.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in transport, logistics, courier, or cargo industry preferred.
