We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process in Gurugram. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls as per process requirements.

Communicate professionally with international customers over the phone.

Understand customer queries, concerns, and requirements.

Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions to customers.

Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic tone throughout the conversation.

Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM/system.

Handle customer complaints and difficult conversations professionally.

Meet defined call quality, productivity, response time, and customer satisfaction targets.

Work closely with team members and other departments whenever required.

Minimum qualification

12th pass / Graduate.

Excellent spoken English communication skills.

Good pronunciation and sentence formation.

Confident and comfortable speaking with international customers.

Strong listening and comprehension skills.

Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer knowledge.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Willing to work from the office in Gurugram.
