Hiring for Customer Support Executives/Process Associate (Voice and Non Voice Process).

We are hiring for Customer Support Executives/Process Associate for premier global Business Process outsourcing(BPO) companies in Gurugram/Noida.

Handle customer queries via call, email and chat.

Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues and ensure first-contact resolution.

Maintain professional communication and deliver exceptional customer experience.

Escalate unresolved issues to relevant department.

Log all customer interaction accurately.

Excellent English Verbal communication skills.

Both Fresher and Experience candidates can apply.
