Responsibilities
- Assist the Bakery Chef in daily production
- Weigh and measure ingredients accurately
- Assist with sourdough dough preparation
- Support mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking
- Assist in breads, pastries, and desserts
- Maintain bakery mise en place
- Clean bakery equipment and workstations
- Follow recipes and production standards
- Follow hygiene and food safety procedures
- Maintain proper ingredient storage and organization
- Minimize wastage during production
- Support the Bakery Chef during daily operations
- Pay
