Procurement Executive
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily purchase and procurement activities.
Source materials from approved and new vendors.
Collect quotations and compare prices, quality and delivery timelines.
Negotiate prices and payment terms with vendors.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinate with project and site teams for material requirements.
Ensure materials are delivered on time as per project requirements.
Follow up with vendors for pending orders and deliveries.
Maintain vendor records, quotations, POs and purchase documents.
Coordinate with Stores, Accounts and Project teams.
Monitor material quality and resolve supply-related issues.
Support vendor development and maintain good vendor relationships.
Maintain proper procurement records and reports.
Ensure procurement is done as per company policies and approved budgets.
Required Skills
Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of interior/construction materials is preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and purchase/ERP software.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
