Customer Relationship Executive

• Responsible for Inside Sales & managing key accounts.
• Ensure Proper follow up on all qualified leads and opportunities
• Document all client contacts, conversations, leads and opportunities in Salesforce CRM
• Review and analyze sales data for better business
• Manage sales pipeline, segmentation and accurate forecasting and take corrective action where necessary.
• Generate new business and customer opportunities.
• Ensure Proper follow-up on all qualified leads and opportunities
• Meet or exceed both individual and team sales goals
• Document all client contacts, conversations, leads and opportunities in Salesforce CRM
• Participate in team training, skill building, coaching and role play exercises with the ability to receive and incorporate constructive feedback to improve individual and team results
