Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day clinic and clinical operations.
Diagnose patients and prepare treatment plans.
Supervise dentists, assistants, and support staff.
Ensure quality patient care, hygiene, and clinical standards.
Handle patient consultations, follow-ups, and concerns.
Guide junior dentists and manage complex cases.
Monitor clinic performance and support revenue targets.
Requirements
BDS/MDS with valid Dental Council registration.
3+ years of clinical experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and patient-handling skills.
Good knowledge of dental procedures and clinic operations.
