Job Description – Gym Membership Sales Consultant

RYZE Fitness Club is looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Gym Membership Sales Consultant to join our team in Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

Handle front desk operations, walk-ins, enquiries, and member interactions.

Understand clients’ fitness goals and recommend suitable membership plans.

Explain membership plans, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly.

Conduct gym tours and facility/equipment walkthroughs.

Handle lead calling, WhatsApp follow-ups, and trial-session conversions.

Drive membership sales and achieve monthly targets.

Manage membership renewals, upgrades, referrals, and member retention.

Build strong relationships with members and ensure a positive customer experience.

Monitor the gym floor and coordinate with the operations/training team when required.

Maintain lead and customer records and prepare basic reports using Excel/CRM.

Requirements

Prior experience in gym/fitness sales, membership sales, or customer-facing sales is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident in handling customers and closing sales.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of Excel/CRM.

Interest or passion for fitness and wellness is an advantage.

Shift

Morning

6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Evening

2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Shift allocation/rotation will be discussed during the interview.

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience
