Visitor Management: Greet clients and guests warmly, ascertain their needs, issue visitor badges, and notify relevant internal personnel.
Communication Handling: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls, and respond to general inquiries via email or in person.
Scheduling & Coordination: Book appointments, manage meeting room availability, and organize executive calendars.
Mail & Deliveries: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and couriers, while preparing outgoing correspondence.
Administrative Support: Maintain neat reception areas, track office inventory, update logs, and perform basic data entry or bookkeeping.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
