Manage daily store and inventory activities.

Maintain records of material receipt, issue, transfer, and stock.

Coordinate material movement with project sites, vendors, and transporters.

Travel to project/field locations as required.

Maintain stock records and perform regular reconciliation.

Prepare basic MIS, stock, and reconciliation reports.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for timely material movement.

Support physical stock verification and audits.

Ensure proper documentation and tracking of materials.

Good knowledge of Store and Inventory Management.

Strong reconciliation and record-keeping skills.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Ability to manage material records and documentation.

Willingness to travel to project and field locations.

Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management systems will be an advantage.
