Job Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and basic organization of the office.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
Handle basic office errands and document delivery/collection.
Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, and other routine office tasks.
Manage office supplies and inform HR/admin when stock is low.
Support employees and management with day-to-day office requirements.
Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are clean and ready for use.
Requirements
Basic communication skills.
Responsible, punctual, and well-mannered.
Ability to handle multiple routine tasks.
Previous office boy/helper experience will be preferred.
