Greeting Visitors: Welcome clients and guests, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
Managing Communications: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls, take clear messages, and respond to general email inquiries.
Maintaining Security: Monitor visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and follow strict safety and building access procedures.
Handling Mail: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, book conference rooms, and perform basic data entry or filing.
Office Maintenance: Keep the reception
