Procurement Executive - Civil

Key Responsibilities

Procurement

Develop and manage the procurement plan for all project materials.

Float enquiries, solicit quotations, and evaluate vendor proposals.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.

Timely procurement of materials as per project schedule

Vendor Management

Maintain and update the approved vendor list and performance records.

Raise and process purchase orders and track deliveries.

Ensure all procurement activities comply with company quality standards.

Develop alternative suppliers.

Negotiate best prices and delivery terms.

Purchase Documentation & Compliance

Process PR, PO, and comparative statements.

Ensure PO compliance with approvals.

Maintain complete procurement documentation.

Inventory & Store Coordination

Monitor material receipts and stock.

Coordinate GRN/MRR and stock reconciliation.

Prevent overstock and obsolete inventory.

Support stock audits.

MIS & Reporting

Prepare daily/weekly purchase reports.

Maintain pending PR/PO tracker.

Submit cost-saving and vendor reports.

Qualifications & Education

Any Degree. Must have knowledge in Civil procurement

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
