WhatsApp Marketing Executive – WATI | Retail Campaigns & CRM

RIDH The Fabric Studio – Egmore, Chennai

We are looking for a WhatsApp Marketing Executive to manage our WhatsApp marketing and CRM campaigns using WATI.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute WhatsApp broadcasts and drip campaigns.

Manage customer segments

New, Repeat, VIP & Lapsed.

Create and manage Meta-approved WhatsApp templates.

Build and improve WATI chatbot flows and enquiry capture.

Follow up with campaign leads and coordinate with the store/CRM team.

Track and report campaign performance weekly.

Requirements

1+ year hands-on experience with WATI or similar platforms such as Interakt, AiSensy or Gallabox.

Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API rules, opt-ins, templates and 24-hour messaging window.

Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

Good written English and communication skills.

Tamil + English required; Hindi is an advantage.

Preferred

Retail / Fashion / D2C experience.

Canva and basic Instagram–WhatsApp marketing knowledge.
